My crochet-covered bottles collection

Ups, I did it again!

I crocheted another cover for a little bottle!

So my collection is growing!

 

 

 

Mum gave me both the bottle and the red cotton to make the cover.

It is very similar to the second one I've made (in cream cotton on a brown bottle), but I've added some petals at the end in this one.

 

 

 

I've made three bottles like these this summer and I decided to submit a photo of them to a contest on Pinterest.

It's a amazing contest linked to "Abilmente", a famous fair of craft&creativity in Italy (it will take place next october). You can visit their Pinterest if you're looking for craft ideas of all sorts!

ITALIAN TEXT:

Lo scorso giugno ho ricoperto all'uncinetto una piccola bottiglia di vetro bianco che ho salvato dalla spazzatura (amo il riciclo!). Ho realizzato una "cover" in due colori, verde e crema.

Mi sono divertita talmente tanto che ho ricoperto anche una bottiglia di birra in vetro marrone, realizzando una cover a rete color crema, per creare un bel contrasto cromatico.

Recentemente ne ho realizzata un'altra, tutta rossa!

Trovo questi progetti molto simpatici e poco impegnativi, utili per smaltire un po' di rimanenze di filato e quasi a costo zero (che non guasta!), dato che si possono riciclare contenitori che abbiamo in casa, invece di buttarli!

Possono essere usati come vasi per piccoli fiori o anche semplicemente per decorare tutte in fila delle mensole.

Ed eccomi a sottoporre una foto delle mie bottiglie al contest indetto dalla famose fiera "Abilmente" che si terrà in ottobre a Vicenza.

In occasione della fiera è stato indetto un concorso su Pinterest in cui i blogger possono pinnare foto delle proprie creazioni in quattro diverse boards (dedicate rispettivamente a cucito, uncinetto, maglia, home decor).

Tentare non nuoce :)
